| Paul Lester Paul graduated from Wesleyan University in Connecticut in 1982 with three degrees, English, History, and Dance Performance Studies. Paul continued on to New York and studied further at New York University Tisch School of the Arts in the graduate program in Manhattan before becoming a full time professional dancer. His career included work with many formative choreographers of the time, including, among others, Twyla Tharp, Bill T Jones, Dan Wagoner, Merce Cunningham, and Paul Taylor. His performance career spanned over 14 years through out the world while based in New York. Paul has spent time in almost every continent of the world working and living and now resides full time in Los Angeles. Paul’s real estate career began at the original offices of Sotheby’s International Realty over seven years ago in Beverly Hills and was immediately one of the most active members of the Westside Real Estate Community. He continued at Sotheby’s until joining Westside Estate Agency four years ago. His forte in real estate is in working with individual clients and their specific needs on a very focused and engaging basis to produce the best results for those specific client’s needs. His work has taken him all throughout the Westside of Los Angeles and he has been involved in many of the most important sales in each neighborhood because of his attention to details and to the client. Paul specializes in homes from Santa Monica and the Palisades, to Studio City, Westwood, Beverly Hills Post Office, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood, Sunset Hills, Los Feliz and the Wilshire District. In conjunction with his partner Aileen Comora, at WEA, he has seen recent sales in BHPO, the Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood and even downtown LA. Because of his connections to NY he has also been responsible for several of the largest private sales in New York City’s recent history. Paul has worked with clients in New York and Los Angeles through out his tenure in real estate and continues to do so today. Paul supports several film festivals in Los Angeles, and is now working with a dance collective with support from New York to further the performing arts programs in the Los Angeles area for all people. His work is diligent, honest, straightforward and energetic in all aspects of his life. |
